Still Prices being paid today still represent approximately 3 times the value of the assets per share last reported by the company, 200 percent premium over assets values )
This premium will fall back , especially since company says it’s impossible to get info from public documents- that it won’t share/ secret and press which are exposing things like wild bread, small
Cafes in bondi etc
Still has much further to fall imo

To value fund manager share price you need to calculate asset value plus fees they earn from AUM. In your calculations you calculated asset per share... where is the fee they receive from AUM ?
