fundamental opinion

Evening all

I was looking through some charts and MIC looks like its about to turn. I've gone back through last 500 or so trades and it appears as though there has been some steady accumulation happening.

Fundamentally, however, I know nothing about the stock.

Does anyone here hold MIC with the view that it has fundamental potential? I would appreciate their views....
