people needs to ask a question, why all good news are after 0.13$ CR, not before the CR? if CVN knows it's value more than 0.13$, then why instos only want to pay at 0.13 and why CVN can only issue it at 0.13? this is the real fundamental question every recent buyers should ask themselves.
