thats why warren buffett is one of the worlds richest men..... he can make those decisions when the rest of the world thinks the sky is falling down or conversely stocks will go up forever. Whenever the market moves too high or too low and i think about doing something stupid, i always read chp8 of the intelligent investor.

weird thing is in america at the moment is some places, 4 bdr houses are for sale (for liquidation) for $20,000. If only i lived in america..... i would be buying as much liquidated property as possible....
