I agree.... only if the spin-off occurs in these volatile markets. We need a statement from zfx that they are still planning the spin-off. Not stupid press releases about some joint venture like they have been doing!!! I sold some of my position cause the management is asleep at the moment…..

With around 2 billion in the bank by the end of the year (assuming no div payments), and 2-3 billion from the spin-off, they could buy back of $5 billion worth of capital and have a market cap of 2 billion. The profit would need to be only 300 million a year to justify a price of $20.

Huntley’s has been saying for the past money that this correction as part of a bull market would end when the all ords gets to approx 5700.... And they called the correction. we are likely to see one more week of volatility in teh sharemarket so brace yourself.

Unfortunately the credit worries in the US have caused this scenario. Thankfully it gives true investors the chance to buy at these levels.
