    Good thought on your post for sellers to think about.

    SIZE of land holdings AND where these holdings are..

    MC of 70 million, divide by acreage and then remember where acreage is!

    ADD ON the amount of targets we have'nt even looked at drilling yet and the MC becomes ridiculously small.
