My thoughts maybe could appeal to the Chinese who get a "ready made" OR maybe a merger with another producer where they make the approach.
Or not !
If the GP were to move significantly higher I think it would be more likely than it is at present but these things not too easy to predict and who knows what's going on behind the scenes ?
