I've got some RRL too ,(not too much though) !
I could maybe make a case for Chinese interest based on :
1. We've seen it b4 ...NGF for example
2.Some in China may be looking for exposure outside real estate at present AND also outside China .
3. Chinese I feel sometimes have a longer term outlook rather than just bargain hunting .
Even if my points were valid though doesn't have to be RMS chosen ,plenty of others .
Considering broker estimates and current SP plenty of room for a decent premium if anyone did offer .
Doubt I'd welcome it though !
