I must be reading a different book from you Pulpcutter, Apollo will need at least 300 million dollars to get going.
This year alone 60 - 80 million in capital spending,

Just my opinion but don't expect RMS to spend near that on Apollo this year and doubt the $300 m price tag too .
But just exactly how much it costs and when it gets developed will depend on what ,if any ,other ore bodies are added to it .
I know they are bullish on the exploration potential of the lease but other good options nearby as has been discussed which would improve LOM .

But should they wish to borrow a bit at some stage if there were big outlays elsewhhere ,would be easy enough and gearing not a bad thing for a profitable company .
