However, you buy stock because you see value in them, not just because their prices are lower. Lower doesn't mean cheaper, You've got to see the relative value.

That's why BBI, BBP and others though the price has risen from 2.4c to 13c now, you still see people buying them in large volumes. Because they see the value in them still at these prices.

We can probably say that at 9c, VPG is of better value than CER at 12c and with higher gearing and not as neat (connection wiht CNP)as VPG.
