Did you also compare the price charts of BBI, CER with VPG?
I did see strong correlation between the three especially over the last 3 months.
They all are oversold and with good fundamentals. Hence, I would expect VPG to be likely to see the same price improvement over time, despite the short-term US uncertainties.
