Thought I might add that VPG also still hold approx $1.1 billion in investors cash, and are waiting to deploy the funds.
This will add plenty of strength to their earnings once the money is invested (in the form of management fees).

It may also have a double whammy effect if they use some of the funds to purchase their own internal property assets.

I'll bet the sellers (advised by citibank) to dump at 5c are not very happy with that advice !!
