I wouldn't say that because of that, its corporate governance is no good, and a big weakness. What I can see is that it is a good company with good practice. Management has done well with regard to earnings generation, and asset disposal under VCS to preserve value and restore reputation with institutional investors. At the very least, it does not have accounts mis-stating issues like some have eg. CNP.
