IMO, you've set a new high for posting standards and honesty in the room. Even though I disagree with your conclusion, it's refreshing to finally read a bullish post that is built on top of a healthy dose of skepticism and uncertainty.
Too many here throw around big numbers without explaining their assumptions or their methodology, and then also fail to acknowledge the inherent uncertainties baked into any valuation.
