We haven’t really discussed much regarding Bronwyn Barnes but wanted to mention how impressive her career has been so far and the high calibre experience she brings to FDR. The level of experience is rarely heard of in a market cap size company such as Finder. From working alongside Twiggy in the early days, government lobbying at the federal level, transacting major commercial deals, managing corporate media, native title agreements, M&A in developing nations across the world, working with governments in difficult jurisdictions and even to diving into international commercial law and suing a sovereign nation under the World Bank arbitration process. She has a long list of consultant, management, executive and board positions in companies/orgs such as BHP, Conoco Phillips, Curtin University, Alliance Mining, Western Mining, AMEC, Perth Racing, Synergy as well as founding a number of her own successful ventures. Bronwyn came onboard with FDR to oversee the IPO process and, luckily for us, has stayed on two years later. Bronwyn is one of the champions helping steer the ship and maintaining the financial conservation, something that a lot of ASX juniors don't have.
