    Ricky and Pickem...I posted JB's comments word for word, and my understanding of it is that steam would add an additional $20bbl to costs. But as pointed out by JB, at current price of oil and given the production increase anticipated it would be very beneficial to cash flows.

    Pickem, thankyou for your links on POO gwynnedyer...very intersting and is very consistent with my own views formed over years of my reading on the subject.
