My experience has been the opposite, usually things get way overdone. I remember when they shorted UXC to ~$0.7, and then they got a takeover offer at $1.22. Or when they pushed TCL to around $9.50 recently. Our market struggles to think for itself and things usually go way overboard to the down or upside. I've bought in sub $1 and im pretty confident that I've bought at a great level. Usually when things turn this negative it is the best time to buy.
