Ha ha I said MYX was worth a punt at $1. Hope you're right. I'm holding strong until results. I've re learned a lot from this one via a painful loss of 30% of my trading stake.
Top 4 lessons that come to mind.
1. Pay more attention to the trend rather than what you think it should be.
2. Fundamentals only apply as a subsection to :
a) sentiment
b) industry environment
c) immediacy of reporting information plus or minus 3 months
3. (With all due respect to those on Hotcopper) Reading forums and the opinions of others invested can reinforce a certain blindness.
4. Pay more attention to Shorters who are putting their money where their mouths are.
Not to say that MYX isn't worth a punt in the next few weeks.
