    the concern I have is that on May 1 they stated that the Teva portfolio was broadly in line with expectations, that being EBITDA of 6 times acquisition price, I have that at $109m.

    now today they are forecasting EBITDA on Teva of $94.5m, that seems a very steep drop off in two months?

    I'm happy to be corrected, quick calcs on my part.
