They were prepared to $17 before everything went pear shaped. Now that the end of the end is in sight they will expect a decent discount on the $17 and feel they got a bargain. Around a 20% discount to the $17 would be a massive win for Sinochem - the assets are still there - intact.
So i would expect between $13 and $14.
