The company must have something up their sleeve to keep on stating production in 2013....surely the would have learned from the backlash around DFS timings not to lead the market along. Also not sure about disclosure rules but I think they may get in a lot of trouble re misleading the market if they didn't believe they could make the 2013 date?
Just my thoughts...I continue to hold
