The problem is PLV cant give specific information about possible J/V partners or offtake agreements etc. because if nothing is signed,it is conjecture and also negotiations are bound by confidentiality agreements. If holders lose faith and trust in management to get deals done in a timely manner and at a viable price,you've got nothing to keep you in the stock.I voted with my dollars 12 months ago.
