I would challenge you that you are not necessarily correct.
Those in the EPCM game would know that capital plant is cheaper when procured from Asia. In my opinion there could be as much as $100m saved from Asian procurement for this project.
We may not find out for sure because the DFS may have a combined sum total for capital to suit stage 1 and 2.
