Meerkat, yes I also believe that the impending deal is factored into the share price to some extent, but once deal is announced and the market has final confirmation that NMDC is onboard you would expect to see some further sp rise. All the "insiders" would already be in and preparing to sell once news is announced (if they're out to make a quick buck). But no-one knows how much the sp will run once deal is announced imo.
