Assuming that all options get exercised and add in the restricted shares there will be about 900 mill shares on issue. The options will bring in about 30-35 mill.
If BRN have a net profit after tax of about 35 mill $US then earnings per share will be about 5 cents $AU. If 5% (PE of 20) is an acceptable earnings rate then the share price will be $1.
A lot of company's in the IT space such as ALU and ADA have a PE of 25 or more.
Should get an idea next quarterly where this is headed.
