I started buying physical gold and silver years ago right before the peak of $1900/oz in gold.
Since then it has turbulent ride and basically been hammered down by manipulation and misdirection, yet the reason for drastically changing how i invest has stayed the same.
We are headed to a stage in economics where the "measuring stick" for guessing what somethings true worth is skewed.
I will further hedge my bets with not only physical bullion but invest further into companies that produce said bullion.

NST is by far the most impressive stock in gold that I've had the pleasure to watch grow and I see it trending upwards for the foreseeable future.
I was very tempted to cash out at our most recent high of 4.07 making a substantial percentage profit over only a few months but knowing this stock might not look back for awhile and could be on the up and up I am merely waiting to buy more in potential price retrace or stand pat and watch it all unfold.
With all the chaos happening in the world around us it's not hard to believe that debt such as student loans, auto leases, mortgages, sovereign debt and stock markets could potentially pop within the next 6 months - 1 year
Precious metals are valuable for important reasons:

• Medium of Exchange
• Portable
• Durable
• Divisible
• Store of Value
• Fungible

Gold and silver will be the big winners this year and it helps when you invest in the guys that dig it out of the ground
