golsan, can you please advise where you got the info of atm machines achieving 9000tx per month...that seems exceptionally high.
im not too familiar with tsn, but based on what you posted above, im assuming that they work differently to other atm providers. so they charge the bank a fee of $2 not the customer, why would a bank opt this option...we all know banks dont like throwing money away, specially on their customers.
