Looking at some numbers on FFF and post rights issue they should make $8-10 million Net profit after tax.The current interest component is about $5.2 million and this will reduce substantially as debt is paid off.Post rights issue it will look more like HOM which trades at a PE of 13.Currently FFF trades at less than 3.I guess that is why ACE capital are looking at an average of 2.6c selling to their investors.At the moment you can buy at 1.8c and double up at 1c giving an average of 1.4c.
