We have been talking about this loan for a while now. Conversion at 4 cents is far better than what the ASX/Corporations Act dilution calculation of about 2.9 cents is. Management must have come to an arrangement with Nebari to convert over the next 6 months prior to maturity date 29 November and not dump the shares. Looks like the "dark pool" will have a customer.
