I note that from LPI's DFS the opex is USD3772/t, where AGY is (US$4,645 - 4,309/t LCE). and ORE has reported OPEX of USD4194/t and is considered one ofthe lower operating cost LCE product projects worldwide, so how can LPI achieve opex that is lower. at least AGY has a pilot plant running and the numbers should be more accruate.
