Fact:
According to Barchart the volume on ASX directly before BG announcement August 3 was 2,973,513
On August 2 the volume was 7,109,453 and the SP was not up, but down .02!
If someone had insider knowledge and bought as you imply, the SP would be going up, not down.
Time to put your conspiracy accusations to rest and move on.
