Yes there is some further upside if all goes according to plan. I have no real idea as to the value of AGYs IP as all the major brine plays have their own proprietary tech and I don't have the details to compare.
I find it much easier to work with EBITDA forecasts than Net Profit - too many added variables - so won't speculate about PE multiples. I find a valuation of 6.5 x EBITDA fairly useful.
