I think there was also more to the Borshoff sell down. Don't assume it was to do with confidence necessarily. I noticed over a ~10 day period at that time quite a few senior business people cash some reasonable $$$ out. May have been some $$$ amount call IN made by a pooled investment group etc at a personal level [for example]. Or he needed the cash :)
