Bulletin boards like Hotcopper are for opinion an constructive robust arguments.
PDN has a debt to equity ratio of ~100% according to the EOFY recent announcement and they have done a capital raising to protect against the risk of a falling SP and further dilution.
The bottom normally comes after a huge sell off which according to my chart analysis has not occurred which is substantiated by the buy-sell volume ratio of ~33% at time of typing.
They are the simple facts here - which institutions are increasing their exposure at the moment and why are the board not buying up if it is so cheap now??
