You just have mentioned the following:
"Having said that I agree we are a target and that will materialise soon."
How "soon" is soon, i.e. could you spell out your "guesstimated timeframe" for this - if you do not mind, that is. (Ideally timeframe and expected offer price - logically both just purely speculative estimates).
