They've already been approached by private investors apparantly, who want some nice cheap shares. I'd say they will do a small raising but if they wanted to impress the market some options should be exercised, plus a bit of director buying.
Back to the fundamentals of knl. Absolutely a very good asset. Like the fact that these kinds of operations can be developed quite cheaply in comparison to rare earth and most metal plays. Handy infrastructure nearby and all we need now is a cornerstone shareholder to put his hand up.
