...and the charts are taking on a positive new bias. ERMs royalties and earn in rights are quite substantial. I wonder if Pan African are considering the cost to them versus buying ERM out as they are giving away a lot of ounces that perhaps they'd rather keep.
What price would ERM accept? The better Pan Africa does the more ERM gets without much capital or risk exposure. How long will Pan Africa tolerate this?
Either way it looks like a win win for ERM.
Significantly under priced shares IMO.
