There is a guy here who is telling everyone that PRR's fundamentals have now changed (negatively) because of the recent DNDN development. I see it differently - you can say that situation for PRR has in fact improved, because it allows MR to learn from DNDN's mistakes. We owe a great deal to DNDN!
As far as PRR's actual fundamentals are concerned, NOTHING has changed. The fundamentals are excellent and improving month by month.

As I suggested in a previous post, I believe that the sellers in recent days have, in the main, been retailers and that the buyers, in the main, are instos and sophisticated investors. Its unfortunate, but that is what happens when fear sets in.
Nothing to worry about - the journey continues.
