I have just seen that the zinc price went up a little bit and the ton is again at US$ 2100.
Time for me to look at my "excel-based-modelling-tool". Well...fair value for Perkoa alone WITHOUT silver and enhancement is about 70 cents. WITH silver and enhancement roughly A$ 2.40. Huge leverage to zinc price by the way. If therefore the supply story will really unfold as from 2013/2014 on then Perkoa will be a cash cow.
At the moment Perkoa has been a little bit pushed into the background and Mumbwa is in the spotlight. Nevertheless bare in mind that if silver production and enhancements will be implemendet at Perkoa obviously the zinc story would already justify a SP of 1.66 (or more....).
Somehow Mumbwa is still for free. If S36_035 shows similar or even better results then 033 then I guess that even the last pessimists will dissapear. A$ 2.00 then is just the beginning of a bull run and nobody will know where it will end.
