TPG raised its stake to 5.43 % in Amcom recently which is NOT enough to block a takeover. They operate in the retail space and this simply offers them a foot in the wholesale/ corporate space. I doubt they would want to block the takeover. Perpetual own 5% of Vocus and are supporting the deal.
