Don't forget that SP and the company itself are two very different things. The market has priced Capitol Health as if expecting the company to shrivel up and die. Or at least expecting a terrible FY report. I really don't believe the company itself is doing that badly.
I'm predicting a sharp rise in SP when the FY report comes out. Not because I think the results will be anything spectacular, but purely due to the relief factor from pessimistic investors.
