$12 million market cap currently, $1 million in cash, so EV of $11 million (279,770,521 shares).
Plus 580,000,000 million for acquisition.
Plus 30,000,000 for existing payment.
Total after acquisition: 889,770,521 shares.
So fully diluted:
CSD will be worth $34.98 million plus $1 million in cash.
That's only $36 million.
SPM purchased at a fire sale the assets for $40 million.
The plant was fixed and is now generating positive cashflow, even at these prices, and is valued at $100 million replacement cost. Leases, mining equipment all add up. Then there is the tin. NPV was $184 million.
Unfortunately, it's a mess and until settlement is completed, no one with investment sense will support this. (Luckily, I have no sense and I'm happy to take the punt because high risks make high rewards... Eventually.)
My question is, how low can this go?
