fair comment - didn't $9 million AUD get paid in the 5 months to june ( memory a bit slow today and can't be bothered looking for the relevant announcement ) and that (if they kept going at the same rate ) another $9 million would have been 'paid' by now.
that's a fair amount of cash for a company with an effective MC of $36 million
I'd be tempted to call it profit if the money wasn't being used to pay something off
come on with the settlement already
