There are probably heaps of differences, potential outcomes etc, etc, but I am not qualified or experienced enough to explain same. I am just trying to get my head around the financials etc and trying to make some sense of all the figures provided across the stocks on the market.

I guess in this basic example a company with 137m shares with a sales percentage of 206% and a cash flow of 312% looks more appealing from the "figures" side than a company with 1708m shares, a sales% of 133% and a cashflow of -612%.
