Something has been bugging me for some time now and I'm not sure if I am splitting hairs here or not so I thought I'd put it out for scrutiny or dismissal.
As we all know AGY has signed up QQ which I presume was one of the 2 parties wanting to remain confidential that Jerko referred to at the AGM. So there were 4 parties, 2 MOU's and 2 silent parties.
Over the last few months, prior to signing up QQ, the announcements have constantly referred to an MOU party. So I took that as being either Shanghai Greatpower Industry or CCK Industrial Group.
Soooo.....is one of the 2 MOU parties still sitting at the negotiating table waiting for a further confirmation stage (JORC or the like?) or did those negotiations break down?
Could the extra stage 1 and/or stage 2 production be for one of the 2 MOU parties that wants a more sizeable offtake to make it worth their while??
