It is strange that there has not been any mention of these other parties in recent Ann's, ie that negotiations are still progressing.
Maybe I'm off the mark?
IMO it wouldn't be market sensitive to indicate that we are still in negotiation, however it may be if we are not.
In which case you would think an announcement would've been made to notify SH's.
Perhaps an email to Jerko would clear this up. He is pretty good with his replies.
Just my thoughts after a nice bottle of Shiraz!
