it wasn't my intention to start a fight here. Sorry for that!
I read all the announcements but all it says is the following: "Any failure to comply with such restrictions (reg. no overseas registration) may constitute a violation of applicable securities law".
I simply don't know what the outcome is if I chose to buy at 0.18, them finding out that I don't have an address in AUS/NZL and if I would run into trouble when trying to enter the country.
And I was just wondering if someone knew.
