Rincon is a 'very mature' salar. Notice how all of the lithium bearing action is around the borders of the salar. The middle is largely halite ( rocksalt ). That's not to say there aren't aqufiers or clastic deposits beyond the edges.
Also, at Pocitos, Li levels are higher nearer the edges of the salta -
What is most interesting is ADY's pumping line that extends the length of Rincon to almost AGY tenament border ...
Just a note on the digital globe imagery, it is not as hi-res as google earth as they are suppliers to google earth, although it does seem to have some more up to date data this can be viewed in google earth's historical imagery feature although it may be from varying altitudes. The final result in google earth is an average showing all of the best imagery.
