Thanks. Only thing I would add to this is I expect any offtake would be much more binding in nature than just an mou. Imo management will not want a repeat of qq and if not an immediately binding deal might be subject to very limited due diligence such as proof of bglce if that has not already been shown !
Our visitors (the special one) would not have just gone to Argentina to see some small ponds and at that stage some half built ponds !
