You have been cross promoting and knocking AGY's project for months! And you dont think this is a risk?...

"Privately owned companies that want to start a lithium operation in Chile can either partner with a state-owned company or negotiate special contracts directly with the government. Chilean-owned Minera Salar Blanco (LPI's JV partner) spent months in talks with the government before withdrawing from the process.
“There are no rules, no one knows what the requirements are,” Minera Salar Chief Executive Officer Cristobal Garcia-Huidobro said in an interview in his office in Santiago. “When we realized the process wasn’t advancing we decided to withdraw and wait for the government to write down the rules.”
The new framework won’t change lithium’s special status, and companies will still have to negotiate directly with the state, according to Sergio Hernandez, executive vice-president of the Chilean copper commission Cochilco a member of the committee drafting the rules."

This swinging dik competition is pathetic. If you want to bring up something that hasnt already been done to death over the last 2 years go right ahead but stop trying to allude to unkown issues/risks.
This is no different from the PLS v GXY crap last year. Everyone looked like an idiot and at the end of the day both companies where/are successful. There is plenty of sham projects you guys could take your insecurities out on instead of the one closest to actualy selling the product that Im sure we all agree is in much demand and will be for many years to come.
